Benefit of Loans. Kimco is in the business of acquiring, owning, developing and operating shopping centers and of providing the required services and other facilities for those integrated operations, and expects to derive benefits, directly or indirectly, in return for undertaking its obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
