Benefit of Noncompetition Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, this Article 9 is for the benefit of each of the Buying Entities and each UNOVA Company that is engaged in the Business, and the provisions of this Article 9 may be enforced by any such entity as if it had been a named party to this Agreement.
