Common use of Benefit of Note Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Note. This Note shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by, the Holder and his successors and assigns. All of the covenants and the agreements contained in this Note by or on behalf of the Company are binding on the Company’s successors and assigns, whether by consolidation, merger, transfer or license of all or substantially all of the property of the Company.
