Common use of Benefit of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Benefit of the Parties. You and we specifically intend that you and we are the only beneficiaries of this Agreement. No Patient or other person or entity who is a third party to this Agreement, other than other members of our group of companies as expressly set out herein, shall have any rights under or in connection with this Agreement, unless otherwise entitled by law.
