Common use of Benefit of this Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Benefit of this Mortgage. This Mortgage shall be binding on the Owner and its permitted successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of the Mortgagee, and its permitted successors and assigns for the benefit of the Guaranteed Parties. The Owner expressly acknowledges and accepts the provisions of Section 9.09 of the Credit Agreement and agrees that any person in favor of whom an assignment or transfer is made in accordance with such section shall be entitled to the benefit of this Mortgage.
