Benefit Packages. Executive shall be eligible to participate in Employer's retirement, savings, vacation and life and disability insurance plans, to the extent provided by the terms and conditions of each such plan or program, if any.

Well defined package rates are devised after due deliberations by experts and also through a consultative process with the hospitals. The benefit packages are comprehensive and includes the following:
Benefit Packages. The Contractor shall ensure the provision of covered Benefits in accordance with the Enrolled Member’s eligibility group as described below and in Special Contract Exhibit E. Members enrolled in the Iowa Health and Wellness Plan, who have not been identified as Medically Exempt, as described in this Section F.6, are eligible for the Alternative Benefit Plan Benefits outlined in the State Plan and approved waivers. Members enrolled in the Iowa Health and Wellness Plan, who have been identified as Medically Exempt, as described in this Section F.6, are eligible for services defined as the State/territory’s approved Medicaid State Plan and will have the option to change coverage to the Alternative Benefit Plan known as the Iowa Wellness Plan.
