Benefit; Successors and Permitted Assigns. (a) This Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of and is enforceable by the Beneficiaries and their respective successors or permitted assigns and is not for the benefit of or enforceable by any other Person. This Agreement shall be binding upon each Sponsor and its successors and permitted assigns and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of the Beneficiaries.
