Common use of Benefit to all Indemnified Parties Clause in Contracts

Benefit to all Indemnified Parties. The Service Recipients hereby constitute the Service Providers as trustees for each of the Indemnified Parties of the covenants of the Service Recipients under this Article 10 with respect to such Indemnified Parties and the Service Providers hereby accept such trust and agree to hold and enforce such covenants on behalf of the Indemnified Parties.

Benefit to all Indemnified Parties. The Service Recipients hereby constitute the Service Providers Managers as trustees for each of the Indemnified Parties of the covenants of the Service Recipients under this Article 10 with respect to such Indemnified Parties and the Service Providers Managers hereby accept such trust and agree to hold and enforce such covenants on behalf of the Indemnified Parties.
