Common use of Benefit to all Indemnified Parties Clause in Contracts

Benefit to all Indemnified Parties. 10.3.1 The Service Recipients hereby constitute the Service Providers as trustees for each of the Service Provider Indemnified Parties of the covenants of the Service Recipients under this Article 10 with respect to such Service Provider Indemnified Parties and the Service Providers hereby accept such trust and agree to hold and enforce such covenants on behalf of the Indemnified Parties. 10.3.2 The Service Providers hereby constitute the Service Recipients as trustees for each of the BREP Indemnified Parties of the covenants of the Service Providers under this Article 10 with respect to such BREP Indemnified Parties and the Service Recipients hereby accept such trust and agree to hold and enforce such covenants on behalf of the BREP Indemnified Parties.
