Common use of Benefit Clause in Contracts

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any rights or obligations except among the parties hereto, and no person or entity shall be regarded as a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement, except for Dr. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxx Unterbeck, and the Company's Chief Executive Officer as contemplated by Section 5.1 hereof.

Benefit.
