Each Guarantor acknowledges that it will receive direct and indirect benefits from the financing arrangements contemplated by this Indenture and that the from its guarantee and waivers made by it pursuant to its Guarantee are knowingly made in contemplation of such benefitsGuarantees under this Article 12.
