Common use of Benefits and Bonus Clause in Contracts

Benefits and Bonus. Except as specifically set forth in this Section 5.2, the Company shall have no liability or obligation hereunder to Employee’s executors, legal representatives, administrators, heirs or assigns or any other person claiming under or through him by reason of Employee’s death, except that Employee’s executors, legal representatives or administrators will be entitled to receive the payment prescribed under any life insurance plan in which he is a participant as an employee of the Company.
