Common use of Benefits and Rewards Clause in Contracts

Benefits and Rewards. Assignment. You may not transfer your account or your rights or obligations under this Agreement. We may transfer all or part of your account balance and account along with our rights and obligations under this Agreement to another person or entity. Governing Law. The interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement and your account will be governed in accordance with federal law and, to the extent state law applies, Nebraska law,regardless of conflict of law principles.
