Common use of Benefits; Assignment Clause in Contracts

Benefits; Assignment. This Agreement is not intended to confer upon any Person other than the parties any rights or remedies hereunder and shall not be assigned by operation of law or otherwise; provided, however, that the officers and directors of the Company and other Covered Persons are intended beneficiaries of the covenants and agreements contained in Section 5.10. This Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by any party.
