Benefits Distribution. 1. The annual distribution of terminal pay shall not exceed four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) per year until fully paid except as provided under paragraph D. Teacher’s Estate.
2. A retired teacher may elect to receive cash payments and/or apply the terminal pay toward insurance premiums.
Benefits Distribution. (a) The China Netcom (Group) Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch shall make benefits distribution with the info service hotline through negotiation based on the specific conditions, different operation methods and actual amount of income.
(b) Monthly line rental, management charge and charge for numbers that need to be paid by the operator and voice info service hotline shall be borne by the info service hotline itself.
Benefits Distribution. In the unlikely event that the Superintendent should become deceased during the term of the contract, all earned benefits shall be paid to the designated survivor or estate of the Superintendent.
