Benefits – Dividends. An adjustment to your Trading Account may be made in respect of a dividend or distribution attributable to any specific Underlying Asset and shall be calculated by us. Where you hold a Long Position, we adjust your Trading Account in your favor by the dividend multiplied by the long quantity as adjusted, if necessary, for taxation. Where you hold a short position, we adjust your Trading Account in our favor by the dividend multiplied by the sort quantity as adjusted, if necessary, for taxation.

Where you hold a long Position, we adjust your Trading Account in your favour by the dividend multiplied by the long quantity as adjusted, if necessary, for taxation. Where you hold a short Position, we adjust your Trading Account in our favour by the dividend multiplied by the short quantity as adjusted, if necessary, for taxation. Such adjustments are made on as timely basis as possible, however, as we are dependent upon notification from an external third party we shall not be liable for the consequences of any delayed adjustments.

  • Deferred Earnings The manner in which the deferred salary is held shall be at the discretion of the Hospital. The employee will be made aware, in advance of having to sign any formal agreement, of the manner of holding such deferred salary. Interest which is accumulated during each year of the deferral period shall be paid out to the employee in accordance with Part LXVIII of the Income Tax Regulations, Section 6801.

  • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Deferred Retirement a. An employee who, upon separation from County service, is eligible for paid retirement and elects deferred retirement must defer participation in the Grant until such time as he or she becomes an active retiree.

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled.   • Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.

  • Severance and Retirement Options (a) (i) Where an employee resigns within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 14.02 (a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of sixteen (16) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars.

  • Retirement Options The Xxxxxxx Community College Board of Trustees may at its discretion grant one of the following retirement incentive plans to eligible faculty. The unit member must elect and may participate in only one of the three following retirement plans:

  • Deferred Salary Scheme Employees may apply to have their salary payments deferred in accordance with the provisions of this clause.

  • Accrued Benefits The term "Accrued Benefits" shall include the following amounts, payable as described herein: (i) all base salary for the time period ending with the Termination Date; (ii) reimbursement for any and all monies advanced in connection with the Executive's employment for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates for the time period ending with the Termination Date; (iii) any and all other cash earned through the Termination Date and deferred at the election of the Executive or pursuant to any deferred compensation plan then in effect; (iv) notwithstanding any provision of any bonus or incentive compensation plan applicable to the Executive, a lump sum amount, in cash, equal to the sum of (A) any bonus or incentive compensation that has been allocated or awarded to the Executive for a fiscal year or other measuring period under the plan that ends prior to the Termination Date but has not yet been paid (pursuant to Section 5(f) or otherwise) and (B) a pro rata portion to the Termination Date of the aggregate value of all contingent bonus or incentive compensation awards to the Executive for all uncompleted periods under the plan calculated as to each such award as if the Goals with respect to such bonus or incentive compensation award had been attained; and (v) all other payments and benefits to which the Executive (or in the event of the Executive's death, the Executive's surviving spouse or other beneficiary) may be entitled as compensatory fringe benefits or under the terms of any benefit plan of the Employer, including severance payments under the Employer's severance policies and practices in the form most favorable to the Executive that were in effect at any time during the 180-day period prior to the Effective Date. Payment of Accrued Benefits shall be made promptly in accordance with the Employer's prevailing practice with respect to clauses (i) and (ii) or, with respect to clauses (iii), (iv) and (v), pursuant to the terms of the benefit plan or practice establishing such benefits.

  • Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.
