Common use of Benefits for Past Service Clause in Contracts

Benefits for Past Service. There is no former employee, director, managing director or other service provider of the Company who is receiving or is scheduled to receive (or whose spouse or other dependent is receiving or is scheduled to receive) any benefits (whether from the Company or otherwise) relating to such former employee’s employment or such former director’s, managing director’s or service provider’s service relationship with the Company except as is required under Applicable Law.

Benefits for Past Service. There is no former employee, director, managing director or other service provider of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries who is receiving or is scheduled to receive (or whose spouse or other dependent is receiving or is scheduled to receive) any benefits (whether from the Company Company, any of its Subsidiaries or otherwise) relating to such former employee’s employment or such former director’s, managing director’s or service provider’s service relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries except as is required under Applicable LawCOBRA.
