Benefits Not Exclusive. Any amounts paid to Employee under the provisions of this Section 5 shall not affect Employee's right to payments, including payments on an accelerated basis, under any deferred compensation plan maintained by the Company. Any amendment to any such plan that would diminish Employee's rights or deprive Employee of an immediate payment on termination of employment as defined in such plan, shall be ineffective with respect to Employee, unless Employee specifically consents, in writing, to such amendment.
