Common use of Benefits not provided by the ETFO ELHT Clause in Contracts

Benefits not provided by the ETFO ELHT. a) Any further cost sharing or funding arrangements regarding the EI rebate as per previous local collective agreements in effect as of August 31, 2014 shall remain status quo. b) Where employee life, health and dental benefits coverage was previously provided by the boards for daily Occasional Teachers as term of the local collective agreement in effect as of August 31, 2014, the boards shall continue to make a plan available with the same funding arrangement.
