Benefits of Agreement; No Third Party Beneficiary. 22.1. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Parties and their respective successors and assigns whether so expressed or not. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the Parties and their successors and permitted assigns hereunder, any benefit or any legal or equitable right or remedy under this Agreement.
