Benefits of Agreement; No Third-Party Rights. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of or enforceable by any creditor of the Partnership or any Subsidiary, or by any creditor of any Partner or its Affiliates. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create any right in any Person (other than Indemnified Parties) not a party hereto, and this Agreement shall not be construed in any respect to be a contract in whole or in part for the benefit of any third Person (other than Indemnified Parties).
