Benefits of Agreement Restricted to the Parties. This Agreement is made solely for the benefit of the Parties and, with respect to Sections 1 and 4 (excluding Sections 4.4 and 4.5), the Beneficiaries (as defined in Section 1.11), and no other Person shall have any right, claim or cause of action under or by virtue of this Agreement.
