BENEFITS OF AMENDED AND RESTATED INDENTURE. Nothing in this Amended and Restated Indenture, any Supplement or in the Notes, express or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the parties hereto and their successors hereunder, any separate trustee or co-trustee appointed under Section 7.11 and the holders of Notes, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Amended and Restated Indenture.
