Benefits of Article. None of the provisions of this Article shall inure to the benefit of any Person other than Lenders and, with respect to Section 10.1(b), the Borrower; consequently, no such other Person shall be entitled to rely upon, or to raise as a defense, in any manner whatsoever, the failure of the Administrative Agent or any Lender to comply with such provisions.
