Common use of Benefits of Article Clause in Contracts

Benefits of Article. None of the provisions of this Article shall inure to the benefit of any Person other than Lenders and, with respect to SECTION 10.1(b), the Borrowers; consequently, no such other Person shall be entitled to rely upon, or to raise as a defense, in any manner whatsoever, the failure of the Administrative Agent or any Lender to comply with such provisions.
