Common use of Benefits of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Benefits of Guaranty. The provisions of this Guaranty are for the benefit of the Trustee and the Holders and their respective permitted successors, transferees, endorsees and assigns, and nothing herein contained shall impair, as between the Company, the Trustee and the Holders, the obligations of the Company under the Indenture. In the event all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations are transferred, endorsed or assigned by the Trustee or any Holder to any Person or Persons as permitted under the Indenture, any reference to a "Trustee" or "Holder" herein shall be deemed to refer equally to such Person or Persons.

In the event all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations are transferred, endorsed or assigned by the Trustee Agent or any Holder the Tranche A Lender to any Person or Persons as permitted under the IndenturePersons, any reference to a the "TrusteeAgent" or the "HolderTranche A Lenders" herein shall be deemed to refer equally to such Person or Persons.

In the event all or any part of the Guaranteed Guaran teed Obligations are transferredtranxxxxred, endorsed or assigned by the Trustee Administrative Agent or any Holder Lender to any Person or Persons as permitted under the IndenturePersons, any reference to a an "Trustee" Administrative Agent", or "HolderLender" herein shall be deemed to refer equally to such Person or Persons.
