Benefits of Guaranty. The provisions of this Guaranty are for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the other Secured Parties and their respective permitted successors, transferees, endorsees and assigns, and nothing herein contained shall impair, as between the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, the Administrative Agent and the other Secured Parties, the obligations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries under the Loan Documents, the Secured Cash Management Agreements or the Secured Hedge Agreements.
