Common use of Benefits of indemnity Clause in Contracts

Benefits of indemnity. Each Indemnified Party, whether or not a party to this agreement, will be entitled to the benefit of this clause13, and this clause 13 is entered into, and may be enforced on that Indemnified Party’s behalf by, its associated Joint Lead Manager.
