Common use of Benefits of Indenture Restricted to Parties and Holders Clause in Contracts

Benefits of Indenture Restricted to Parties and Holders. Nothing in this Indenture or in the Securities, expressed or implied, shall give or be construed to give to any person, firm or corporation, other than the parties hereto and their successors and assigns and the Holders, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Indenture, or under any covenant, condition or provision herein contained; and, subject to the provisions of Articles Nine and Fifteen, all of such covenants, conditions and provisions shall be for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and the Holders.
