Benefits of Provisions of This Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Notes, expressed or implied, shall give or be construed to give any person, firm or corporation, other than the parties thereto and the Holders, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement, or under any covenant, condition or provision herein contained, all the covenants, conditions and provisions contained in this Agreement or in the Notes being for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and the Holders.
