Benefits of Registration Rights. The Investors may severally or jointly exercise the registration rights hereunder in such proportion as they shall agree among themselves. In the event that the Company receives conflicting direction from Investors with respect to actions to be taken hereunder, the direction of MGM shall be the only direction the Company shall be required to follow.
