Common use of Benefits of This Agreement Limited to Parties Clause in Contracts

Benefits of This Agreement Limited to Parties. Nothing in this Agreement expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to confer upon, or to give to, any person other than the Company, the Authority, the Trustee, the Remarketing Agent, the Auction Agent, the Broker-Dealers, the Bond Insurer, the Indemnified Persons and the holders of the Bonds, including their respective agents, any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or any covenant, condition or stipulation hereof. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Agreement contained by or on behalf of the Authority shall be for the sole benefit of the Trustee, the Remarketing Agent, the Auction Agent, the Bond Insurer, the Company and the holders of the Bonds, including their respective agents.
