Benefits of this Agreement Limited to the Parties. Except for the Parties to this Agreement, nothing contained in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to give to any person (including without limitation the owners of the Bonds) any right, remedy or claim under or by reason hereof. Any agreement or covenant required herein to be performed by or on behalf of any Party shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the other Parties to this Agreement.
