Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to give to any Person person or corporation other than the Company, Company and the Holders registered holders of the Warrant Certificates and the Warrant Agent any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Agreement; but and this Agreement shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Company, the Warrant Agent Company and the Holders registered holders of the Warrant Certificates.
