Common use of Benefits Paid to Estate of Executive on Death Clause in Contracts

Benefits Paid to Estate of Executive on Death. If the Executive dies (i) after termination of the Executive’s employment without Cause or (ii) after providing the Company with Notice of Termination for Good Reason during the Protection Period and a Good Reason event has occurred, but before all payments or benefits due to him under this Agreement have been paid, then in such case any payments and benefits due to him at the time of his death under this Agreement, shall be paid to his estate in accordance with the same terms as described in the provisions of this Agreement. Such benefits shall expressly include continuation of any severance health benefits for which the Executive was eligible under Section 2(c) for the Executive’s family.
