Common use of BENEFITS PAYABLE UNDER THIS RIDER Clause in Contracts

BENEFITS PAYABLE UNDER THIS RIDER. Subject to the provisions and fulfillment of the conditions of this Rider and payment of Premiums, the Company agrees to pay to the Eligible Person under the Base Policy the Benefits under this Rider on the Diagnosis of the Critical Illness in the manner as defined and set out in Appendix A by a Specialist subject to furnishing proof of Diagnosis of the Critical Illness to the satisfaction of the Company.
