Common use of BENEFITS UNDER OTHER PLANS Clause in Contracts

BENEFITS UNDER OTHER PLANS. The benefits that you may be entitled to receive pursuant to Sections 2.6 and 2.7 of this Agreement are not intended to be duplicative of any similar benefits to which you may be entitled from the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates under any other severance plan, agreement, policy or program maintained by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates. Accordingly, the benefits to which you are entitled under Sections 2.6 and 2.7 shall be reduced to take account of any other similar benefits to which you are entitled from the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
