Bermuda Branch; Full Recourse Obligations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, all payments of principal and interest by the Company with respect to the Notes will be made by the Company through its Bermuda branch office; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company acknowledges that its obligations hereunder are full recourse to the Company and are in no manner limited to any extent to any branch thereof and shall in no manner impair the Trustee’s ability to collect any obligation from the Company.
