(1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement this settlement and to secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Ontario Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Ontario Action and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Quebec Action.

Best Efforts. (1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement this settlement and to secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the BC Action and the Ontario Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Ontario Action and other Releasees who are named as Defendants, and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Quebec Actionand other Releasees who are named as Defendants.

Pending approval of this Settlement Agreement, the Parties agree to hold the Proceedings in abeyance.

(1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement effectuate this settlement and to secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Second Ontario Action and the BC Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Ontario Action Defendant, and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Quebec ActionDefendant.

Best Efforts. ‌ (1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement this settlement and to secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Ontario Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Ontario Action and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Quebec Action.

(1a) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement effectuate the settlement provided for in this settlement and to Settlement Agreement, secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Ontario Action and BC Actions as against the Settling Defendants in the Ontario Action Defendant and AC Cargo Limited Partnership, and secure a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Quebec ActionDefendant and AC Cargo Limited Partnership.

Best Efforts. (1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement this settlement and to secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Ontario Action Proceeding as against the Settling Defendants in Defendants. Pending approval of the Settlement Agreement, the Parties agree to hold the Ontario Action and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants Proceeding in the Quebec Actionabeyance.

Best Efforts. (1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement this settlement Settlement Agreement and to secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Ontario Actions and BC Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Ontario Action and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Quebec ActionDefendants.
