Best Management Practice. Best Management Practice means the collection of written activities, practices, policies and procedures prepared and proposed by a responsible party, and then approved by the Director, to prevent or reduce, to the maximum extent that is technologically and economically feasible, the discharge of pollutants to the storm drain system which might be generated from any site in the City.
