Common use of Best of Knowledge Clause in Contracts

Best of Knowledge. Any statement in this Agreement expressed to be made to "the best of the Vendors' knowledge" shall be understood to be made on the basis of each Vendor's actual knowledge.

Best of Knowledge. Any statement in this Agreement expressed to be made to "the best of the Vendors' Vendor's knowledge" and any other references to the knowledge of the Vendor shall be understood to be made on the basis of each the Vendor's actual knowledge, after diligent inquiry, of the relevant subject matter or on the basis of such knowledge of the relevant subject matter as the Vendor would have had if it had conducted such diligent inquiry.
