Common use of Best Pricing Affidavit Clause in Contracts

Best Pricing Affidavit. By the Implementation Date and by December 31st of each Plan Year, the Contractor shall provide the Department with an executed Affidavit of Best Pricing from an authorized representative attesting that the Contractor is not providing substantially the same Services at a lower cost to other substantially similar clients as prescribed in section 11.30 of the Contract.
