BETA TESTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. In accordance with Section 3(e) of Exhibit A, in the event Client’s participation is requested by TRX, and Client agrees to participate in Beta Testing, Client agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions below relating to each Release tested.
