Common use of Bicycle Improvements Clause in Contracts

Bicycle Improvements. Bicycle facilities shall be provided on the following streets. The design and construction details of the improvements must be approved by the Town Manager and NCDOT. Bicycle facilities shall be built in existing right-of-way or on University property. The locations are: (a) Both sides of Xxxxx Drive from Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Blvd. to Xxxxxxx School Road; and (b) Both sides of Xxxxxxx School Road between Xxxxx Drive and Homestead Road.
