The Bid Assistance clause outlines the support or resources that one party will provide to another in preparing and submitting bids for projects or contracts. This may include sharing relevant information, offering technical expertise, or helping with documentation and compliance requirements during the bidding process. Its core function is to facilitate a more effective and competitive bid submission, ensuring that the assisted party can meet the necessary criteria and deadlines, thereby increasing their chances of success.
Bid Assistance. (a) In the process of deciding whether to undertake or allow any cessation of Services, or any termination, expiration or renewal of this Agreement, in whole or in part, Health Net may consider or seek offers for performance of services similar to the Services. As and when reasonably requested by Health Net for use in any such process, Supplier will provide to Health Net such information and other cooperation regarding performance of the Services as would be reasonably necessary to enable Health Net to prepare a request for proposal relating to some or all of such services, and for a third party to conduct due diligence and prepare an informed, non-qualified offer for such services.
(b) Without limiting the generality of Section 16.8(a), the types of information and level of cooperation to be provided by Supplier pursuant to this Section 16.8 will be no less than those initially provided by Health Net to Supplier prior to the Effective Date, and shall include the following information which Health Net may distribute to third-party bidders in a request for proposal(s), request for information, specification, or any other solicitation relating to the Services and as necessary to support any related due diligence activities:
(i) The number of *** by Service Tower;
(ii) First-order descriptions of Health Net’s IT environment, including a listing of major infrastructure components and locations;
(iii) Up-to-date Service Level performance histories, asset inventories (including Equipment and Software), estimated amounts payable by Health Net to exercise or fulfill asset buy-out or lease assumption rights or obligations, third-party contract lists, then-current work volumes and information relating to projects underway; and
(iv) Detailed network topographies.
Bid Assistance. The CONSULTANT shall provide contract document and bid assistance to INDOT and the LPA, including review of INDOT’s Contract Information Book and addressing contractor inquiries.
Bid Assistance. In the process of evaluating whether to undertake or allow termination/expiration or renewal of this Agreement, ACI may consider obtaining, or determine to obtain, offers for performance of services similar to the Services following termination or expiration of this Agreement. As and when reasonably requested by ACI for use in such a process, Vendor shall provide to ACI such information and other cooperation regarding performance of the Services as would be reasonably necessary for a third party to prepare an informed, non-qualified offer for such services, and for a third party not to be disadvantaged compared to Vendor if Vendor were to be invited by ACI to submit a proposal. The types of information and level of cooperation to be provided by Vendor shall be no less than those initially provided by ACI to Vendor prior to commencement of this Agreement. Vendor’s support in this respect shall include providing information regarding Equipment, Software, staffing and other matters that Vendor would otherwise provide as part of Termination/Expiration Assistance. Subject to Section 3.5, Vendor shall provide such support at no additional charge.
Bid Assistance. In the process of evaluating whether to undertake or allow termination, expiration or renewal of this Agreement, HPI or other Service Recipients may consider obtaining, or determine to obtain, offers for performance of services similar to the Services following termination or expiration of this Agreement. As and when reasonably requested by HPI for use in this process, HPES will provide to HPI or other Service Recipients such information and other cooperation regarding performance of the Services as would be reasonably necessary for a third party to prepare an informed, non-qualified offer for such services, and for a third party not to be disadvantaged compared to HPES if HPES were to be invited by HPI to submit a proposal. The types of information and level of cooperation to be provided by HPES pursuant to this Section will be no less than those initially provided by HPI to HPES prior to commencement of this Agreement. HPES’ support in this respect will include providing information regarding Equipment, Software, Service Level performance, volumetrics, staffing and other matters as applicable to this Section.
Bid Assistance. Consultant shall provide clarification and information about the PS&E package during bidding. Consultant shall assist the County in the preparation of any addenda to the PS&E during the bidding period. Consultant shall attend the project pre-construction meeting and take meeting notes. Consultant shall review and comment on contract change orders. Consultant shall prepare plan revisions as necessitated by contract change orders. Prior to construction, Consultant shall deliver to the County Resident Engineer Pending file with all pertinent information required for the Resident Engineer during construction.
Bid Assistance. In the event of termination or expiration of this Agreement, Siemens shall, at TRX’s request, provide TRX with reasonable assistance required by TRX in order to prepare a request for proposal (“RFP”) for the Services or for any component of the Services. Such bid assistance shall be provided at a cost to TRX as mutually agreed by the parties and shall include, without limitation, providing organizational charts of Siemens outlining the resources necessary to provide the Services, lists of all Siemens and third party software used in providing the Services including a description of all applications, a high level summary of costs related to the provision of the Services and suggested vendors for component parts of the Services and support with negotiating terms with such vendors.

As and when reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for use in such a process, Provider shall provide to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ such information and other cooperation regarding performance of the Services as would be reasonably necessary for a third party to prepare an informed, non-qualified offer for such services. The types of information and level of cooperation to be provided by Provider shall be no less than those initially provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Provider prior to commencement of this Agreement. Provider’s support in this respect shall include providing information regarding Equipment, Software, staffing and other matters that Provider would otherwise provide as part of Termination/Expiration Assistance. Provider shall provide such reasonable support at no additional charge to the extent such support can be provided by Provider Personnel without materially affecting Provider’s ability to meet the Service Levels. Any additional assistance shall be provided at the time and materials rates set forth in the applicable SOW or, if not set forth therein, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Rate.
Bid Assistance a. Consultants shall attend the pre-bid meeting(s).
b. The Consultant shall provide written answers to Request For Information during the bidprocess.
Bid Assistance. M&A will support SVBGSA with solicitation and evaluation of drilling contractors for the technical specifications prepared under Task 2a. Services will include soliciting support, providing responses to prospective contractor questions, and recommendation on contractor selection. • M&A will spend up to 12 hours assisting with bid solicitation and preparing addenda. • M&A will provide advice as requested by SVBGSA for contractor selection based on cost, qualifications, and ability to meet schedule requirements. • SVBGSA will select 1 drilling Contractor to complete the project.

As and when reasonably requested by Phoenix for use in such a process, Vendor shall provide to Phoenix such information and other cooperation regarding performance of the Services as would be reasonably necessary for a third party to prepare an informed, non-qualified offer for such services, and for a third party not to be disadvantaged compared to Vendor if Vendor were to be invited by Phoenix to submit a proposal. The types of information and level of cooperation to be provided by Vendor shall be no less than those initially provided by Phoenix to Vendor prior to commencement of this Agreement. Vendor’s support in this respect shall include providing information regarding Equipment, Software, staffing and other matters that Vendor would otherwise provide as part of Termination/Expiration Assistance. Vendor shall provide such support at no additional charge to the extent such support can be provided by Vendor personnel without materially affecting Vendor’s ability to meet the Service Levels. Any additional assistance shall be provided at the time and materials rates set forth in Exhibit C-5 to Schedule C (Charges).
