Common use of Bid Rate Notes Clause in Contracts

Bid Rate Notes. The Bid Rate Loans made by any Lender shall, in addition to this Agreement, also be evidenced by a promissory note of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit L (each a “Bid Rate Note”), payable to the order of such Lender and otherwise duly completed.
