BIDDER’S REPRESENTATIONS. 1.19.1 Each bidder, by making their bid, represents that they have read and understand ALL the bidding documents as outlined in the table of contents (Section 00010) and their bid is made in accordance therewith. The bidder, by making their bid represents that they have visited the site and familiarized themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed. The bidder, by making their bid, represents that the bid is based upon the products, systems and equipment described in the bidding documents WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. 1.19.2 Documents are available as specified herein. Neither the county nor engineer will be responsible for distribution of those documents. CONTRACTOR IS ADVISED TO EXAMINE ALL PORTIONS OF THE DOCUMENTS AS THEY FORM THE CONTRACT. Neither county nor engineer will be responsible for use by the contractor or sub-contractor of partial or incomplete sets of documents.
