Bidding for Subcontractor Work. 7.3.1. In addition to all legal requirements and District requirements that Contractor must comply with to procure and select Subcontractors, the Contractor is required to receive at least three (3) bona fide bids from Subcontractors for all scopes of work on the Project that constitute more than three percent (3%) of the total Project scope. Prior to the Contractor seeking bids, the District and Contractor may negotiate a different minimum number of bona fide bids from Subcontractors, which shall be as indicated in Exhibit K to the Master Facilities Lease.
