Bidding for Subcontractor Work. 7.3.1. Developer is required to receive at least five (5) bona fide bids from Subcontractors for all scopes of work on the Project that constitute more than three percent (3%) of the total Project scope. Prior to the Developer seeking bids, the District and Developer may negotiate a different minimum number of bona fide bids from Subcontractors, which shall be as indicated in Exhibit K to the Facilities Lease.
