BILATERAL COMMITMENT Sample Clauses
A Bilateral Commitment clause establishes mutual obligations between two parties, ensuring that both sides are bound to perform specific duties or provide certain benefits under the agreement. In practice, this means that each party's performance is contingent upon the other's, such as both parties agreeing to deliver goods and make payments according to a set schedule. The core function of this clause is to create a balanced and reciprocal relationship, reducing the risk that one party will be unfairly obligated without corresponding commitments from the other.
