Bill Adjustment. The Company shall comply with the provisions of Rule 4901:1-13-04 (G) of the Ohio Administrative Code with respect to billing adjustments to correct inaccurate billing to residential and small commercial customers as a result of a meter or metering inaccuracy or other continuing problem under the Company’s control.
